Shipping & Delivery

At Bright Invitations, all of our products — wedding invitations, birthday invitations, and save-the-date videos — are 100% digital. This page explains how ordering, payment, and delivery work.

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products. Everything we create is delivered to you digitally, so there are no shipping fees, no tracking numbers, and no waiting on postal delivery.

2. How Payment Works

Payments for all orders are processed securely through Gumroad.
We currently do not accept PayPal or direct credit card checkout on our website — all payments are handled through our Gumroad store link, which supports major debit/credit cards during checkout.
Once your payment is confirmed through Gumroad, we begin working on your order.

3. How Delivery Works

After your custom invitation or video is completed, it will be delivered digitally via [insert delivery method — e.g. email / download link / WhatsApp — pick what applies].
You will receive your final file in [Mp4 Video], ready to share directly on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or wherever you’d like.

Please double check the name, date, and venue details you submit at checkout — delivery timelines start once we have all required information from you.

4. Revisions

Each order includes one (1) round of free revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the first are available for an extra fee, which will be shared with you before proceeding.

5. Delivery Issues

If you haven’t received your file within the estimated delivery window, or if you’re having trouble opening/downloading it, please contact us at [insert support email] and we’ll help sort it out right away.
