These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital products, including wedding invitations, birthday invitations, and save-the-date videos (collectively, “Products”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Products

All Products sold on this website are digital products, delivered electronically (e.g. via email or download link). We do not sell or ship any physical items. Once you place an order, we create a customized digital invitation or video based on the details you provide (names, date, venue, text, photos, etc.).

2. Order & Delivery

After payment is confirmed, we will begin work on your customized Product.
Delivery timeframes will be communicated at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate details (spelling of names, dates, venue, etc.) at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
Products are delivered digitally; no physical shipping is involved.

3. Revisions

One (1) round of revisions is included with your order at no extra cost, to address reasonable corrections (e.g. spelling, minor layout changes).
Any revision requests beyond the first round will incur an additional charge, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.
Revision requests must be submitted within [3] days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be guaranteed and may be treated as an additional paid revision.

4. Refund Policy

Because our Products are custom-made digital goods created specifically for you, all sales are final once the final video/invitation has been delivered.
No refunds will be issued after delivery of the final product, except where required by applicable law.
If you wish to cancel your order before work has begun or before any draft has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, animations, and creative elements used in your Product remain the intellectual property of [Bright Invitations] unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a license to use your finished, personalized Product for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. sharing with wedding/event guests).
You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of our design templates or animations.

6. Privacy & Your Information

We respect your privacy. We do not share, sell, or disclose your email address or personal identity to any third party.
Your personal details (names, event information, photos) are used only to create your customized Product and are not shared externally.
We use Google Analytics on our website to understand site traffic and improve our services. Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage data (such as pages visited and time on site) in accordance with Google’s own privacy policy. This data is not linked to your personal identity by us.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to use any names, photos, text, or other materials you provide us for your Product.
You agree not to submit any content that is offensive, unlawful, or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality, accurate Products, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products, including printing errors made by third parties or issues with sharing/playback on external platforms (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram).
Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
