Returns & Exchanges
Last updated: [insert date]
At Bright Invitations, all of our products — wedding invitations, birthday invitations, and save-the-date videos — are 100% digital and custom-made for each customer. Because of this, our returns and exchanges policy is different from a typical physical-goods store.
1. All Deliveries Are Digital
We do not sell or ship any physical products. Every item you purchase — invitations and videos alike — is created specifically for you based on the names, dates, and details you provide, and delivered digitally.
2. No Refunds
Because each product is custom-made just for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and work has begun.
- Once your final invitation or video has been delivered, the sale is final.
- We’re unable to offer a refund simply due to change of mind, since the product cannot be “returned” the way a physical item can.
3. Revisions Instead of Returns
Since we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, we make sure you’re happy with your final product through our revision process:
- Every order includes one (1) round of free revisions to fix details like spelling, dates, or minor design changes.
- If you need more than one round of revisions, additional rounds are available for an extra fee, which we’ll always confirm with you before proceeding.
4. Mistakes on Our End
If there is a genuine error on our part (for example, the final file doesn’t match the details you approved, or the file is corrupted/undeliverable), please contact us within [7] days of delivery and we’ll correct it at no additional charge.
5. Before You Order
Please double-check all names, dates, venues, and spelling before submitting your order, and review your draft carefully during the revision stage — this helps us get everything right the first time.
6. Questions?

This document is a general template and does not constitute legal advice. A strict no-refund policy on digital goods is common practice, but refund/consumer-protection laws can vary by country — it’s worth a quick legal review to make sure this policy is fully compliant where your customers are located.
