1. How do I place an order?
Select any template video from our collection and place your order through the order page. Once your order is processed, we’ll send you a short form to fill in your event details (names, date, venue, and any other information needed). After you submit the form, we’ll confirm the details with you, and your finished video will be delivered within a few days, customized exactly as you requested.
2. How many revisions do I get?
Every order includes one (1) free revision, which covers fixing any text mistakes (such as a misspelled name or incorrect date). Any revisions beyond the first will be a paid add-on.
3. What if my video isn’t working, or there’s a mistake on your end?
If there’s a technical issue with your video, or if we made an error in the text, we’ll fix it for you at no additional cost.
4. Do you create custom invitation videos?
Yes! If you don’t see a template that fits what you’re looking for, just contact us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to help create something custom for you.
5. Is a refund available?
Since our products are digital and custom-made for each customer, we do not offer refunds.
6. Can I change my mind and switch templates?
Yes — you’re welcome to switch to a different template, as long as it’s the same price and you haven’t yet filled out the event details form. Once the form is submitted, the template is locked in for your order.
7. Is there a deadline to fill out the form after placing an order?
Yes — you’re required to fill out and submit the event details form within 30 days of placing your order. If the form isn’t submitted within this window, your video will not be delivered.
8. What about the music?
If you have your own preferred music, feel free to share it with us — we’re happy to use it for your video. Otherwise, we’ll select suitable background music for you.
9. Can I use my video on social media?
Absolutely — it’s your video, so you’re free to send it to friends and family or post it on social media wherever you’d like. The only restriction is that it can’t be used for advertising or any fraudulent purposes.
10. Do you offer any subscription plans?
Not currently — we don’t offer a subscription model at this time. Every order is a one-time purchase for your custom video.
